Some randomness.
This was made as an autograph quilt for the retiring Dean and his wife at Christ Church Cathedral. People refused to sign it because it looked too nice. They autographed the back.

I found the design in a coloring book of stained-glass designs. I enlarged the design and traced it on black fabric. Then, I placed satin fabric on the back and stitched through both layers. I cut away the black fabric, making a window to the satin underneath.
