4 by 4 knot, four breaks: eight corners, eight curves, four bars. There are six separate strands in the knot.

5 by 5 knot, four breaks: eight corners, twelve curves, sixteen bars. There are five separate strands in the knot.

5 by 5 knot, four breaks: eight corners, twelve curves, two esses, twelve bars. There are five separate strands in the knot.

I like the 4 by 4, four breaks the best because it is centered.
