Late last year, a friend of mine saw my quilted Celtic knot cross and asked if I’d make one for her church.
I said, “Sure.”
Turns out, she ended up commissioning a set of paraments: a pair of Celtic knot cross banners, an altar cloth, and three lectern hangings. She wanted them in green, which liturgically speaking is “ordinary time, from the week after Pentecost through the beginning of Advent.
